If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your goods and wish to return your purchase to us, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. Simply notify us within 14 days of receipt of your intention to return your purchase. Please return your goods within 30 days of receipt, ensuring they are in their original condition and making sure to include your order confirmation and any documentation and/or certificates. Any refund made will be reimbursed to the same payment method as the original purchase. Any customised items purchased that have been engraved or personalised cannot be returned for a full refund.

• JPB watch or jewellery presentation box must be included with the return
• Pack carefully and seal securely
• Enclose a copy of the receipt with request to refund
• For added security, we recommend tracking and insuring your parcel with signed-for delivery
• JPB Jewellery LTD are not liable for your return item until it has been received
• Retain your proof of postage and record the tracking number
• Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt for all refunds and exchanges to be processed

If items are returned after 30 days of purchase we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to the item being in its original condition.
